Himhuu Word Processor Support

For help, use the Report an Issue button at the upper-right corner of the app window or email [email protected]. Report an Issue opens a draft for you to review and send; it never sends automatically.

Please describe what happened, the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and the app/macOS version. Do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential documents. Use a fictional sample when a file is needed to explain the issue.

Himhuu Word Processor opens, edits and saves DOCX documents with supported text, paragraph, list, table, image and page features. Some advanced features and complex layouts have limited support. Keep an original copy of important documents and review the result after saving.

Choose files and destinations through the macOS file picker. A file provider or cloud drive can apply its own synchronization settings. Local recovery records are separate from originals. If you need help with recovery or migrating records from an earlier build, contact support before deleting data. File → Import Recovery Folder lets you explicitly select an earlier recovery folder.

Optional local automation requires you to enable it, select allowed folders and choose an access level. Revoke access in the app when you no longer want a client to use it. Review the privacy practices of any external agent/client you connect.

Support messages are handled under the Privacy Policy. No fixed response time is promised.

请通过 macOS 文件选择器选择文件和目标位置；云盘及文件提供者可能采用自己的同步设置。本地恢复记录与原件相互独立。如需恢复数据或迁移旧版本记录，请在删除数据前联系支持。“文件”→“导入恢复文件夹”可让你明确选择旧恢复文件夹。

可选本地自动化需由你启用、选择允许的文件夹与访问级别。不再需要客户端访问时，可在应用中撤销授权。请审查你连接的外部 Agent 或客户端的隐私规则。

支持邮件按隐私政策处理，不承诺固定回复时间。
